Effective Medical Solution (EMS) was founded in Erbil, Iraq in 2016 with a simple goal: bring reliable, high-quality medical equipment to the healthcare providers who need it most.
Over the past nine years, we’ve grown from a local distributor into a recognized regional partner — supplying private clinics, public hospitals, and government health institutions across Iraq with equipment and devices from the world’s most trusted manufacturers.
In 2024, we expanded into the UAE through our sister company EMS Dubai, extending our reach and bringing the same standard of service to a new market.
We are registered as a vendor with Iraq’s Ministry of Health (MOH) and the United Nations — a recognition of our quality standards and our role in supplying essential medical equipment at scale.
At EMS, quality management isn’t a department — it’s a mindset that runs through every part of our business. We benchmark our processes against international standards, apply strict controls across our supply chain, and hold every product we distribute to the same standard we’d expect if a family member were the patient.
EMS began in Erbil, Iraq in 2016. In 2024 we opened EMS Dubai, our UAE operation. We’re already planning a third location — because our goal has always been to bring reliable medical solutions to every market that needs them.
